RSolve v.5 serious bug

Mathematica v. 4 correctly solves the following simple couple of linear
recurrences

RSolve[{Ts[k]==2Tp[k-1]+1, Tp[k]==2Tp[k-1]+Ts[k-1]+2,
Tp[0]==0,Ts[0]==0},{Ts[k],Tp[k]},k]

With Mathematica v.5 the computation enters a never ending loop.
I found this bug using Mac OS X 10.2.8 but the same happens on Windows
systems too.

Any hint?

Adriano Pascoletti
