How to install Combinatorica

I downloaded the new release of the Combinatorica from
www.combinatorica.com, but i have problem installing it in my system.

My system uses window XP professional.

I tried the command: In[1] :=<<DiscreteMath'Combinatorica' at C:\
prompt, but didn't work.

Could you assist me with the procedure to install it.
