Just in case it is any help, the versions of the various bits of Windows
software that I used to create the results in my previous posting are:

1. I run everything from within WinEdt (version 5) which is an excellent
host for using LaTeX.
2. MiKTeX 2.4. This has the YAP 2.4.1398 DVI previewer.
3. GSVIEW 4.6 + Ghostscript 8.14 for PS previewing.
