Scrolling TableForm?

Does anyone know whether large tables generated with TableForm can be
scrolled with columns or rows frozen?

For example, it would be nice to set the table headings with
TableHeadings->{RowLabel, ColumnLabel} then scroll the table so that
headings are always visible. This functionality is the same as "freezing" a
cell in an Excel worsheet.

Thanks,
John
