Hi,


Export["test.jpg", gg, ConversionOptions -> {"Quality" -> 10}];
Import["test.jpg"] // Show

and

Export["test.jpg", gg, ConversionOptions -> {"Quality" -> 10}];
Import["test.jpg"] // Show

and if you need the "best quality factor" you should not use a
lossy compression format.
