Hi Poldoj,
To autoload, you can include this statement: 
<<DiscreteMath`Combinatorica` in the "Autolad/Kernel/init.m" file.

A subtler way of loading when needed offers "Needs" or even 
"DeclarePackage". Read the documentation.
