ArrayPlot will take options such as ImageSize, e.g.
ArrayPlot[s, ImageSize -> {600, 600}]
(Where s is the array you want to plot.
Alternatively, if you click on the graphic you will see it highlight
with little draggable corners so you can enlarge it after you have
produced it.
