Hi Young,
it is not clear what you mean by "delimited".
In any case read the Help about "Import".

If you mean Strings delimited by CRLF, then you could use
Import[filename,"Lines"]
If you have comma delimited data:
Import[filename,"CSV"]
e.t.c
