The only way that I'm aware of, is using Publicon.
Publicon accepts LaTeX mathematical expressions. From publicon you can copy
the expression to Mathematica
however, I recommend that you initially write the expression in Mathematica.
Exporting from Mathematica to LaTeX is immediate
