If you wrote a transformation from a notebook to XSL-FO, and then used
a formatting objects processor on it (FOP, XEP, Antenna House E3), you
could get a working hyperlink in PDF. However, writing a .nb to .fo
converter in Mathematica would be a non-trivial task.
