But only if you hit Undo immediately after doing the rotation. And if 
you rotate it, let go of the mouse, and rotate some more, Undo only 
takes you back to where it was before the most recent rotation, not back 
to the original state when the graphic was first created.

I just find it a bit inconsistent that re-executing a graphic does *not* 
change it back to the state specified in the input; most everything else 
does revert back, even a Manipulate.

Oh, OK...or even {ViewPoint,ViewVertical} /. AbsoluteOptions[ ]
(sometimes the ViewVertical gets changed too). Still...
