Where to put ConvexHull3D.m

I downloaded the very useful package ConvexHull3D.m and I'm using it
by loading it manually with the File menu, but the line 
<< "ConvexHull3D`"; in my main nb file gives an error message
Get::noopen: Cannot open ConvexHull3D`. >>. Where should I put
ConvexHull3D.m on the disk and is that the right way to invoke it?
