Typically, WRI rolls out a new version over a period of days (or, in 
case of a major new version, even weeks) -- in order, I imagine, to 
spread the load on their servers and to minimize users' frustration with 
not being able to connect or experiencing slow download times.

I, too, am a Premier subscriber, and I haven't heard yet either.  I'll 
wait some days to hear from WRI.  Of course if there's something 
critical that need immediately, you can try telephoning WRI; as I recall 
there's even a special phone number for Premier members.
