the guys and gals at wolfram.co.uk are very helpful and I got a link a
few hours ago; but that was only after I made the initial enquiries.
I guess its as folks surmise: a server load issue, and I don't suppose
it matters much. I'd prefer, though, to be kept fully up to date.
premier membership don't come cheap !
