That is a very interesting question. Starting with Version 6 the Help page notebooks have their own internal context and don't interfere with notebooks in the Global` context. So perhaps it ought to be able to have a notebook set its own context. But I have no idea how to do this and I hope your question will elicit some useful responses from WRI or some expert. I notice that when I open a Mathematica 7 notebook, under the Evaluation menu, the Default Kernel is local, the Notebook's Kernel is local, and the Notebook's Default Context is global.
