Have you tried VirtualBox?

www.virtualbox.org

For me, Windows XP and Ubuntu are nothing more than "applications" I run 
within VirtualBox on my OpenSolaris host machine.
If you've got the horsepower, VirtualBox could be the answer you're 
looking for.
