Anyone have a pointer to a Calendar Recipe? -- that is, a notebook that
will generate a printable calendar graphic covering a specified period,
with empty cells for each day, but with day of month numbers filled in
-- such as one might find in a Mathematica Cookbook -- except that
Mangano's Cookbook doesn't seem to have one.
[Quarterly format is what I actually want -- that is, monthly format
except for three months in one continuous array, with no gaps between
the months.]
