Problem with free form input

hi,
I run mathematica home edition v.8 and the free form input doesn't work at
all. i have this problem since I have installed Mathematica 8.  I turned off
Windows firewall but this didn't resolve anything. when i run an expression,
say "plot sin x" in free form input it returns me the message
"Request denied by  Wolfram|Alpha server. Visit - A LINK - for more
information". I visited the link and had a live chat with a member from
Wolfram research, but he didn't manage to resolve anything. He suggested to
apply to wolfram's alpha team ... I have already sent an e-mail without any
reply yet... Do you have any suggestions?
