Here is a notebook that does the fringing field around the end of a
simi-infinite parallel plate capacitor.  The solution ( for a
incompressible fluid flow) is given in Francis B. Hildebrand, Advanced
Calculus for Applications, Prentice-Hall, 1962). You can also do a
finite stripline
