I haven't used Workbench, but I see that it includes a profiler:

I imagine that this must be a very useful feature.  I wish it were 
included with Mathematica.  Perhaps people would find it more useful 
than the already included debugger (I don't really feel the need to use 
the debugger.  I'm happy with Trace[], On[], EvaluationMonitor, etc., or 
just simply breaking up functions into pieces.)
