I never felt that the fonts are too small. Have been using it on all
kins of PCs and screens without any trouble. Perhaps you're using one
of those 22 inch 1920x1080 screens with a rather high dot pitch?

One option would be to increase the screen resolution setting in the
option inspector (Format/Option Inspector... Formatting Options/Font
Options/Font Properties ). Make it a global setting.
