Actually, just to be clear, I do this because of the issues under
discussion in this thread with the Printout  ScreenEnviornment.  So, I
agree with you!

I choose the Printout  ScreenEnviornment for printing at times, but
for general printing as I am working I reset things sot that what
prints is what I am seeing on the screen.
