I am looking for an implementation of the basic non-negative matrix
factorization (NMF) algorithm in Mathematica 8. A good reference to this
interesting factorization is:
Lee, D.D. and Seung, H.S. (1999) Learning the parts of objects by non-negative
matrix factorization. /Nature/, *401*
(21 October), pp. 788-791.
Any code available would be appreciated. Note, the matrices involved could be
large (>100000 elements).
