Yes, it's relatively easy :
once you've your graphics as a stand alone Mma document and
after getting away all headers and footers and putting
margins to 0.0 (in Print Settings), print your document , tag option
"File" and choose EPSF format.
You obtain an eps file to be included in TeX.
