The currently available webpages concerning Quaternica (and myself) are
not up-to-date and I am (I will be ASAP) working on it ... 
In the meantime, it is possible to get Quaternica by anonymous FTP on 
zenon.inria.fr, in the directory "safir". The file to get is gunzipped 
archive named QUATERNICAv1.tar.gz.
