Mathematica transcription in C language

I need to transcript an application developed with Mathematica to C language.

In order to have clearer ideas on feasibility and size of work, I would like to know if things like that has been already done and would be accessible ?

Would you know : 
- documents 
- references (WEB or paper)
- anybody (E-mail ...). 
- C library

which would be able to give the corresponding C code for each (or some) integrated function in Mathematica
