There is still time to register for the 1998 Worldwide Mathematica Conference. The conference runs from June 18 to 21 (Thursday through Sunday) in downtown Chicago. It features three and a half days jam-packed with lectures, presentations, and case studies on how Mathematica is used to solve some of the most interesting problems in a broad range of fields in science, engineering, finance, education, and many more areas (including some real surprises!). There will also be a series of tutorials from beginner to advanced level showing you how to take advantage of the power of Mathematica in your everyday work. Sessions covering subjects such as numerics, programming, publishing, web technology, data analysis, and teaching methods will be presented by senior members of the Wolfram Research R&D team and other well-known members of the worldwide Mathematica community. This is your chance to learn how professionals like yourself from around the world are harnessing the power of Mathematica to do extraordinary things. Don't be left behind!
