I did not state my questions clearly enough.  What I want besides the 
individual autorun +shaped controls next to each individual Manipulator 
display is the +shaped control in the upper-right corner that, when 
clicked, gives a pop-up menu with entries: Hide Controls, Paste 
Snapshot, Add To Bookmarks, Initial Settings, ... Autorun.

I am especially interested in the Autorun selection, which causes ALL 
the controlling parameters to be varied automatically, and the Inistial 
Settings selection.
