The TrigFit package can be found in the directory returned by

ToFileName[{$InstallationDirectory, "AddOns", "LegacyPackages",
    "NumericalMath"}]]

And it can still be loaded in the same manner as before in
version 5.

I believe it still works correctly in version 6 despite the
warning message.
